ANGER PREVENTION

Kali ini aku ingin berkongsi "point" apa yang dapat aku pelajari dari kursus yang aku hadiri 2 hari ini dengan rakan-rakan dan sesiapa sahaja.Harap dapat membantu dan anggaplah ia sebagai ilmu pengetahuan. Buat sesiapa yang hati panas baran tuh..hayatilah yerr..




1.The Key to anger reduction is knowing yourself.

2.When you make mistakes,learn from them rather than getting angry.

3.Don't Criticize,Condemn & Complain,because it makes you angry.

4.Accept what you cannot change and change what you cannot accept.

5.Say sorry at the right moment to reduce anger of others.

6.Remember for every 10 minutes you are angry you lose 600 seconds of happiness.A little pot soon hot!

7.Nobody can make you angry without your consent.

8.Never get angry with a man who has nothing to lose.

9. You cannot change others as easily as you can change yourself.

10. Most people remember 20% of what they hear...understand this fact to reduce your anger.

  3. Joe - Fact is that kejadian yang dah berlaku memang takleh Forget, tapi you can forget it to carry on..try to forget it.Learn from the past..sure tak berulang.

    Sharinginfoz - True..sebelum terpengaruh think back is it worth it..think rational..
